A 105 Acre / 700,000 square foot Dillard’s, JC Penney, Wal-Mart Supercenter anchored pedestrian-orientated “town center”.  Roughly a 2 ½  - 3  hour drive between Las Vegas and Phoenix, The Shops at Lake Havasu was the only regional center within 150 miles.  This project has been sold.
